Incorporated in August 2015, ISQ Holdings was created to deliver world-class industrial solutions by merging the specialized expertise of Rexma Technology Sdn Bhd and Euro Base Technology Sdn Bhd. Headquartered in Penang, we serve as a centralized hub of innovation for our partners and customers.
What began in 2002 as a specialized distributor has evolved into a comprehensive solution provider for multinational corporations. Today, we are a trusted partner across critical industrial sectors including:

The Beginning
Established Euro Base Technology and Rexma Technology. Within our first year, we were appointed as a 3M Authorized Distributor, building a strong foundation in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Metal Fabrication sectors.
Nationwide Expansion
Launched our Nationwide Growth Plan with the opening of Western Synergy and Euro Base Technology (JB). This period marked our successful entry into the Oil & Gas industry.

RM 20 Million Revenue Achievement
Achieved a major revenue milestone, with 80% of our core business driven by abrasives. Our local converting plant in Muar, Johor, became the key to our speed and reliability, earning full customer trust in our delivery promises.
The Birth of ISQ Holdings
ISQ Holdings was officially formed. Our commitment was recognized globally when we were 3M Strategic Channel Partner in the ISMC program, earning a prestigious trip to WONEWORK USA.

Chosen as the Sole Distribution Hub for several major European brands. We established exclusive sales and converting lines, solidifying our position as a preferred supplier in Malaysia.

Reached a milestone of 50 employees, with an impressive 75% of our workforce holding over 13 years of experience. We formally launched our "Employees First" initiative, recognizing that our people are our greatest strength.

Digital & Portfolio Transformation
Doubled our revenue milestone to MYR 40 Million. We evolved into a one-stop provider by launching the ISQ E-commerce platform and expanding our portfolio to include Safety footwear, Coveralls, Power Tools, and IOT solutions.
Unified Strength
Consolidated all subsidiaries into ONE unified company - ISQ Holdings. We successfully integrated IOT technology into our growth strategy, with the IOT Temp Scan division contributing MYR 500k in new growth.

Launched our first in-house Mechanical Gloves, proudly made in Malaysia. We achieved the prestigious SIRIM-DOSH approval for Protective Gloves Against Mechanical Risks, setting a new standard for local safety manufacturing.
